Owls!

So, I have been severely craving new ink. Firstly, I have a beautiful necklace that my grandmother gave me that was hers when she was married. It’s a medal of Mary, and since the chain broke, I want to get that tattooed on me. But, I have been having other ideas for new ink, also. I have been loving looking at owls lately, and I want to know what you guys think :) These are the pictures I have found online, and I am thinking that I want some combination of the four.

What do you guys think?

  1. ooohhh I love the first and third one! I love love love owls too! I collect them (well not them actually but mugs and paper weights and such). I wish I collected real ones! I could have my own owl house. hahaha anywayssss I love the idea. I don't have any tattoos although I am dying to get one. I just can't make up my mind as to where I want them. I want the quote "drink the wild air" by emerson, I want a feather on my back and i know this is a strange one..... but I love whales so much and so I would love to have a realistic whale kinda curving on my back somewhere. But yeahhh when and where are the big questions now. But yes I love the owl idea. where would you get it??

  2. You should totally get a tattoo :)I would even go with you! I think whatever I get will have to be a combination of these four. I can't decide if I want any color, though!

  3. i will def let you know if I decide to go. It's honestly not the pain that makes me nervous, just the permanence of them hahah because I one possibility one of the most indecisive people in existence but I have like the feather and quote ones for a longgg time now. Also, with the owls, this is just a personal opinion but I think black and white would look nice. It just seems so classy and they are classy animals you know?? haha anyways, just an opinion. I know either way it will look amazing.

  5. I sometimes think about their permanence and it freaks me out a little, but I love mine so much that it would be weird not to have them ;) Don't worry, you'll get used to the idea!!

Tony, I have never seen that movie, but I like the last one, too :)
